What a gorgeous start to our weekends 🥹

Bringing together a room of like-minded women together is always so special. This morning @kimhaymanhull hosted a gorgeous self-love themed yoga class for my CSP girlies 🫶🏻 We spoke about what self-love meant to us, moved our bodies focusing on opening up our heart space, took some moments of stillness utilising breathwork to reflect inwards.

There was tears for some, laughs smiles and a whole lot of positive energy 💝

Thank you to those who came. I really want to create a space to try new things, meet new people and feel comfortable in the discomfort of leaving your comfort zone! Turning up to an event not knowing everyone is a big thing to do and I'm so happy that these girls felt comfortable to do it with me 🙌🏻🩷

Self love for me is giving myself grace, making sure that internal voice is being kind and trusting in myself and my intuition. What is self love to you? 💘

It's a belated CSP TURNS 3 post 🥳

When I was reflecting back on what year 3 had in store I was deflated thinking I hadn't achieved much this year. I hadn't brought on any new lines, trained in any new treatments or won any awards ...

BUT then I put my ego in the corner and remembered everything amazing that happened in year 3 of business. This year wasn't huge in terms of business growth but the personal growth wowoowww

✨ someone I've looked up to since my late teens became my mentor and friend 🫶🏻 @_myskinstory
✨ I launched my online acne programme Heal Your Skin From Within and helped 10 ladies find their path to a happier and healthier life
✨ I worked virtually whilst travelling
✨ I was able to take a month off in clinic to travel
✨ I grew an entire human !!!!!! Whilst working right up to my due date
✨ I tuned into my pregnant body and trusted it as I hiked 75km in 5 days at altitude
✨ I worked so hard to have the birth of my dreams
✨I gained my first apprentice who I can't wait to give all my knowledge too as she grows up !!!
✨ I fell in love all over again

Year 3 may not have been all business and tbh year 4 probably isn't going to be either, but this is just a season of life and a moment in time

The kindest thing you can do for yourself is to stay in your own lane and not look at what others are doing. Everyone has their own definition of success

As a self certified health queen that is obsessed with food and how we can use it as a tool to live our happiest and healthiest life, post partum humbled me

As a breastfeeding mum the initial hunger was real, coupled with general post partum life aka running on fumes meant I was CONSTANTLY hungry and craving all the sweet treats (I have no shame in admitting me and Jack ate dessert every night for his whole paternity leave - tell me you're in fight or flight mode without telling me)

Prior to becoming Luna-Rose's mum you all know how much I loved to cook and make myself delicious and nutritious meals bcos food is life and I had the privilege of WFH and having time to cook every meal fresh

But now things have changed and to keep feeling my best self I've had to adapt

Weekend meal prep & batch cooking is my new best friend. Yeah it can be boring and sometimes I seriously lack inspo but this helps me SO much during the week, as I can just grab and eat but still know I'm fuelling body properly

My go to ways to find recipes are literally searching in TikTok 'slow cooker meals' 'one pot meals' etc, finding food accounts that I vibe with, having a bank of easy, 'go to'meals (spag Bol anyone ??? ) and ChatGPT - if you've got stuff in but no idea what to make you can ask it for a recipe, SO GOOD for the zero food waste cause too !

Having staples in like full fat Greek yoghurt, nuts, dark chocolate, seeds, frozen berries means I can whip up a snack bowl and know that I won't be hungry within 5 minutes

Whether you're a mum, work 3 jobs, gym before work, are a social butterfly you can still make good food choices. It comes down to priorities and making things work for you!
